AN INTRODUCTION TO OUR THREE DEPARTMENTS

Enterprise Business Consultants (EBC) has three distinct departments: Bookkeeping Services, Promotional Marketing and Website Design, and Training and Education. In each department, there is a are consultants with a particular areas of expertise and levels of experience. Most start-ups will work with the entire department team. Most experienced businesses work or one-on-one with a consultant familiar with their business and industry for long-term projects or ongoing maintenance.

Bookkeeping Services is designed to organize and execute the financial record-keeping of your business. This department was created to help small business owners maintain detailed and current records of their financial activities, write checks, and generate essential accounting reports. It can help you set up your own bookkeeping system or you can outsource your entire bookkeeping operation to them.

Promotional Marketing helps generate new business and fosters a positive experience to bring in repeat customers. The Promotional Marketing department is designed to serve as an aid to your business’ marketing and sales needs. These consultants perform the activities and produce the tools to present a positive public image and help you achieve sales goals. Some of the things we do: creating logos, designing business cards, writing press releases, and constructing informative sales brochures.

The Website Design team works to create informative and professional websites that can help potential customers learn about your company and help you to serve your established clients better. We don't use the same template for every site. We have the ability to generate an original website that is catered to the specific needs of your business.

Our newest department is Training and Education. This department was designed for entrepreneurs whose business needs do not warrant the outsourcing of work, but who need training or education. Settings are small and personalized and range from a classroom-like lab to one-on-one instruction. Training is available for many subjects related to finance, marketing and operations.

The objective of Enterprise Business Consultants is to provide quality business services at an affordable price. Through the efficient utilization of technology and a trained, experienced staff, we are able to offer arange of services at a fraction of what it would cost to hire an employee or a large consulting group.

Our consultants work with you and combine these tools or others to create custom packages that help you meet your business goals. Services are billed on an hourly basis at rates that vary, based on the level of expertise necessary to provide the service. We will provide you with estimates of our charges to help you plan a budget for your consulting needs.

 

When you first contact EBC, you will receive a free initial consultation where you can discuss with an EBC representative your specific needs and expectations. After this meeting, your consultant will create a service package that he or she feels will best serve your needs and budget. We will then prepare a proposal and estimate of your project. Our estimates contain ‘not-to-exceed’ clauses so that clients are not at the cost risk for time spent over the estimate. This gives you control over the fees that are charged.
