Enterprise Bank partnered with real estate agency Kuzneski & Lockard, Inc. (K & L) in January of 2005. Since then, they have developed their traditional real estate brokerage services, while instilling the Enterprise philosophy of relationship building and referral-based growth into their company. K & L has been the main marketing effort behind Enterprise Bank’s dispositions of OREO properties through the West-Penn and Indiana Multi-List systems. Currently, Enterprise is working with K & L to expand their services to include property management. By expanding into property management services and real estate investment trusts, Enterprise has the ability to offer higher long-term deposit rates to their clients and employee investment plans to small business owners.
