Angel Investors

Similar to a venture capital firm, an angel investor is someone who is looking for a business investment with a high rate of return.  Like lenders or other investors, they will be looking for new ideas combined with the sound business strategy found in a business plan.  When you present an idea to them, you will want to obtain their signature on confidentiality agreements and never sign anything that your lawyer has not reviewed carefully.
