For our clients who prefer to have a more hands on approach to their banking, Enterprise Bank maintains an electronic banking system that provides business and consumer clients with the convenience of simple, online banking.

There are two tiers to the online banking system, Tier-1: Enterprise Connection and Tier-2: Cash Management. Tier-2 Cash Management is only available to business clients.
Enterprise Connection allows our business and consumer clients to view past statements and transactions, as well as and up-to-date information on all of their Enterprise Bank accounts. Enterprise Connection enables you to print cleared checks, withdrawals, and deposit slips to verify dates and signatures. You can also set up automatic alerts that send you an email when your checks clear or when your account balance reaches a particular level. Listed below are a few of the features our clients take advantage of with Enterprise Connection.

Cash Management is essential for commercial business accounts. Cash Management allows business to have multiple users who have different levels of access to different parts of the system. In addition to the features in Tier-1, Cash Management includes all the following:

  • Automated Clearing House (ACH) origination transactions, ie. automatic billing of Accounts Receivable with client authorization
  • Direct deposit
  • Wire transfers
  • Access to positive payment system
Finally, you can experience banking at your pace, whether at noon or at midnight. Enterprise Bank will even send one of our specialists to your place of business to train you and your staff on the use of this program.

Automatic Bill Payment is tied directly to our the current online banking system, Enterprise Connection. By using the same system, you are able to use the same user ID and password as you do for Enterprise Connection. In addition, all of your Enterprise Bank checking can be set up on the bill payment program.

Under the bill payment system, you can either make a one time payment or set up regular recurring payments. Information about each payee only needs to be entered into the system for the initial payment. The information can then be saved to your profile, so that it may be called up later for future payments.

A unique feature of the Automatic Bill Payment service is the ability to view scheduled payments and payment histories. By initiating the “View Scheduled Payments” option, you are able to look over future payments and payees already entered. If by chance, you happen to input the wrong amount, you can make quick changes to your payments before they are initiated. A second option allows you to view the payments you have made, on what dates and how much you paid in order for you to compare against your bank statements. You can also request confirmation when payment has been made.
